Aging box (5 pack)

Pack of 5 transparent plastic boxes allowing you to mature your cheeses in a suitable environment.
They help promote humidity around cheeses that require it while protecting them from the air flow of a cellar or maturing refrigerator.
Place the cheese(s) on a maturing/draining tray cut out at the bottom of the box (do not place the cheeses directly in the box).
