This digital thermometer is the one we use during our workshops. Reliable and accurate, you can use it for all your homemade cheese-making as well as for measuring the cooking temperature of other foods. Its case allows you to attach it to your pot to avoid holding it by hand. Its probe is made of stainless steel for long-lasting use.
